I've been involved with long-term care for over 8 years primarily as a family member providing support and care-giving to my father and later to my mother. My practice has focused on estate analysis and retirement solutions for individuals. Lately my emphasis has been turning towards long-term care and how it impacts estate and retirement plans. As I began to understand the ramifications of long-term care in our society, I made long-term care planning a focus of my practice, along with estate and retirement analysis. In 2002 I was named the Long-Term Care Specialist for the Charles Mc Intyre Financial Group.
